ZACommunication was clear, effective and I never wondered how and where to collect the keys and get access. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you might need for self catering. Quality and upmarket furniture and finishes and very good value for money. Views to die for and in close proximity to the beach, restaurants and food outlets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer. DSTV was an added bonus and the internet speed is very good. Access control is good and we never felt unsafe, parking in a designated bay with easy access.
There is a lot of traffic over weekends as this is a very popular area for tourists and locals visiting the beach and restaurants. It creates for a festive atmosphere, but can get a bit noisy, but was never at such a level that I wanted to complain or leave.

There was an issue with the drain in the shower in one of the bathrooms which they were unable to fix during our stay as it required too much work and they couldn't fix it while we were there
