The inside was ok clean and tidy

The corridors stank of horse shit and we’re tiered and shabby a lot of undesirables hanging round! Spent an hour driving around trying to find the Nisa store if they’d just of said better to park your car and walk we would have done that. Told to pick up 2 fobs but we’re only given one so couldn’t get in building had to wait until someone came out to get in Was told a permit inside which I had to display in my car but no permit so ended up being ticketed by car park attendant Double bed broken and sofa too small and does not suitably sleep an extra person

The layout and facilities

Needs a proper clean. Under sofa, cushions. Shower needs resealing. And shower head needs a clean.

A lakáskulcsot csak hosszas egyeztetés után tudtuk megkapni, ugyanis a szállásadó külföldön tartózkodik és telefonon nem elérhető, a belépési útmutató pedig nem érkezett meg időben. A házban a folyosón bűz terjeng és a postaládákból a levelek szanaszét dobálva a földön.

Everything is as described. Owner is always on hand to help too.

Clean & spacious with full facilities and private parking

Parking the car on the street to walk 700yds to a shop to collect keys and walk back to the apartment to get the parking permit to be able to use the car park was very poor. The parking area outside the bedroom was used by a group of very loud youths until 2am so sleeping was very difficult Also, didn’t like the added complexity of paying a security deposit prior to arrival to get the keys having paid for the accommodation at time of booking

Facilities were great, super clean, and comfortable. I would definitely book again

First night, the lock to the apartment door didn't work. (Batteries died in electronic lock). Took a while to get back in. Batteries were replaced next morning. Bilal was super helpful over the phone to get it sorted. Maybe the apartment should have a screwdriver handy so future guests can replace the battery themselves, in case my situation happens them. Bilal also not close, so not able to get problems sorted quickly. I did not let this ruin my trip though, I was offered compensation.

Location and facilities

Should at least have washroom rug , shoes . Bottle of water

The location was great for me as it was a 5 minute walk to the gig I was attending. And not far from city centre.
