Clean and well maintained outside needs a little touch up I did what I could reach if there were ladders there I would have done the roof apart from that exalent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location perfetta, appartamento grande e comodo, piscina perfettamente pulita, gestori molto gentili. Tutto perfetto

Good amenities, clean etc.

At some point during our stay we started not having water in the apartment. I communicated with the managers of the apartment to let them know and they told me it is a problem in the area. I asked the neighbours if they had water, and they had, calling again the managers asking them to confirm that its not a forgotten bill unpaid, they told me that the neighbours had water tanks and that the person on the call personally called the water company and they told them that there is a problem in the area. I rest assured and just wait for the problem to be fixed, strssing how this is problematic as I was there with my 6 months pregnant partner. Then I checked the swimming pool showers and saw that there was water running normal. So i start looking around for the water meter of the apartment. Found it very easily and saw a big red label saying "cut for unpaid bills". I won't go further explaining how things escalated from there, but it was clear that we were being lied to and had to find a new accomodation in the middle of our stay as the managers of this one had no ETA for a solution and the alternative accomodation offered was 40 minutes away by car. So...the apartment was nice but the management of the situation terrible. I am still trying to this day to claim a part of the stay's payment.

Location was good, about a 7 or 8 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants.

There is a bit of a hill to get to the shops etc.

Appartement bien équipé et très bien placé. proche de tout (supermarché et cafés/restaurants à 5 minutes à pied, et plage à 10mn à pied. Piscine agréable, jolie vue... Je recommende et j'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour.

Estás muy cerca a la piscina y un parking de minusválido al lado.

Having stayed at this residential complex on numerous occasions i like it as it is very quiet and peaceful. It's private and under coded gates and the pool area underwent an upgrade last year where glass panels were fitted around the pool area with gates where you need a key to enter.

On this occasion peace was not what I got. Non residents were coming and going as they pleased, standing near the pool gates until someone pressed the button on the exit security post and let them in. People from nearby hotels, non residents bringing their families with picnic baskets and being rude to the paying guests.
