Unfortunately, the apartment was let down by its level of cleanliness. While the obvious areas such as the sink, bathtub and toilet appeared to have been cleaned, it was clear that many other areas had not received a proper deep clean for a very long time. There was a significant accumulation of dust, dirt and debris behind and around appliances, inside radiators, and along skirting boards and corners. The kitchen was particularly disappointing. Although some appliances were from reputable brands, the condition of the surrounding areas made the entire kitchen feel neglected and unhygienic. As a result, I did not feel comfortable preparing food there, despite originally planning to do so throughout my stay. The bedding appeared washed, but it did not feel freshly laundered. Overall, the property seems to focus on creating a good first impression, but without a thorough deep clean and better maintenance, these efforts are overshadowed. With proper attention to cleanliness, this apartment could offer a much better guest experience.
