Alt Life Luxe - Dalhousie - Hill Top Heritage Property

Worst property ever. Nothing works and you need to climb 10 floors to reach almost - not for older people. No sanitation - nothing like photos - pure scam don’t fall for it. Booked 3 rooms all were worse than each other - caretakers don’t care and says its not there fault - they didn’t even have enough pillows for guests and sheets.

The location gives good views. Staff was very helpful and kind. Whatever good rating i gave is for the staff especially Amit who was helpful. They tried to assist with whatever facilities they had. Restaurant isn’t operational as the hotel is under construction but the food they prepared was fresh and tasty

There were 200 steps almost to reach the property but they mentioned road is being constructed so that car can reach till the main area. The price is too much given the amenities they provided. Only one floor is completed. We stayed in a chalet room where the sofa bed was like a mattress on the floor. Fresh towels / basic things like shower gel / shampoo should have been given everyday. There is no wardrobe. Just a small place to keep your belongings. If the place is under construction they should charge accordingly till it is completed. It is a basic place with very good staff..
