Primeramente el departamento está genial, tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesitas, la vista es increíble, hermosa definitivamente 👌 las instalaciones muy buenas.

No hubo nada que que no fuera de mi agrado, todo estuvo muy bien

The pools are beautiful

The room was not clean. The shower sprayer was plugged. I cleaned it so we could shower. The kitchen sink drain fell off and spilt dirty sink water all over the floor and bottom of the cabinets. The maintenance man finally showed up 2 hours later and used the kitchen garbage can to hold the drain line in place but never cleaned the drain line so it wasn’t draining for the remainder of our trip. The walls are scuffed and dirty especially behind the bed and couch. The couch is stained as well as the linen and the mattress. There is black mold on the A/C unit and under the sink. Smoke from other areas drift into the room if the doors are open.

Location is on the beach.

The decor was not great.

It’s right in front of the beach, so the view from the room is great. Host is really helpful and friendly. He was always there when we needed him. The unit had washer/dryer which helped us as we were in the pool and beach quite often.

The road leading to the property is horrible. It’s just a mud road and seemed like buses use this area to park overnight. There is major construction ongoing at this property. The pool which is below the unit was closed for construction and the noise from construction was unbearable at times! The noise from construction would sometimes start as early as 6am, and it definitely disturbed our sleep multiple times during our 5 day stay. Due to this construction the patio was literally unusable due to the construction noise. The construction could take months to complete by the looks of it.

The location of the condo was great. The actual property surrounding the condo is still a work in progress and I hope the area around the property will get cleaned up and become more welcoming. Lots of mud and potholes and stray animals everywhere.

We didn’t understand the TV and it would have been nice to have someone explain that to us. It seemed to want upgrades to work and that was frustrating. The coffee maker could have been bigger. The plug in the kitchen didn’t work. Otherwise everything was good.

No hot water…
