Waikiki Marina Studio, Ocean view, Free Parking & Wifi

Very nice and clean condo well equipped with household appliances including washer and dryer. Location is perfect. Host is very approachable and helpful.

Only one elevator worked

Location and room itself were excellent, as advertised. Clear instructions are much appreciated.

Elevators: on average 10-15 minute wait. One elevator broken during duration of stay. Apparently, one tenant was trapped in elevator for 2.5 hours. I ended up leaving 20 minutes early each time just in case elevator didn't come.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We would have appreciated the kitchen and washer/dryer even more had we stayed longer. No ocean view, but huge windows and a cool view of buildings. The woman I spoke with when we checked in was very nice and patient with me after a long, frustrating day.

The place is set back from the room and signage is very bad; it's small and partially hidden by foliage. We were at the right place but weren't positive, so when we called to check in, the woman kept sending texts/videos and I could not receive them because we were in a structure with a roof and the signal would not come through. An email the day before would have been much more convenient.

I liked the room. The bed and main area were very clean except the floor. Bathroom floor was dirty . The owner was no help when I had a problem with Booking.com. She made me do all the work and she was the one who would be out the money if we weren't able to rebook. Booking.com used the credit card which I had originally used to book. That card was hacked so I used my new credit card for payment. We stayed there twice, before and after a cruise. The second booking is where the mess up was. Booking used the original credit card that had been hacked and of course it wouldn't go thru. However they kept the property showing as booked and I couldn't get them to release it so I could rebook. I needed the owner to contact booking to have them release the property so we could rebook, but she wouldn't. I spent precious time from my vacation trying to rebook, somewhere around 5 hours. I finally got Booking.com to release the property and we rebooked. I really don't think the floors were cleaned between the last person occupying the room and our arrival. I also really question whether the toilet was cleaned. My feet were filthy from walking on those floors.

A great little apartment with ocean views from the windows. Every need had been considered including a kitchen, percolator, oven/stove and small table allowing us to have meals. The complex is secure and convenient location including a lift up to the apartment. Right across from the Hilton complex with shops nearby. The owner let us check in early due to our early night flight which we were very appreciative. Ideal for a couple. There are plenty of beach toys and snorkels on the cupboard as well. Thank you 👍🌺

Our two children stayed on the fold out sofa which isn't really suitable for adults as it's not that comfy but okay for kids. Also the building smoke alarms are very sensitive so your have to be very careful if cooking.

Very good equipped apartment. Besides standard equipment, there was washing machine, dryer, beach towels, snorkelling masks, fin and sun umbrella. It was even more than I expected. Excellent communication with Glorien,

The building is rather old, so it makes that equipment is quite noisy e.g. elevators are very noisy. Aoart from this evening was very good.
