1/ the sheets on all beds was not changed , you can clearly see hair on them. Very dirty old sheets 2/ one room had 5 beds in all side by side, no place to walk. Nothing like the pictures 3/ the host was unresponsive. I messaged them twice, once because no instructions on how to put heating and hot water on and one for dirty sheets and no response 4/ weird layout of house 5/ steps to go to second floor was very narrow you needed to walk sideways 6/ used dirty towel on floor of one room 7/ used/open shampoo pouch /sachet in bathroom not cleared. 8/ square toilet basins with round toilet seats 9/ sofa had crumbs on. 10/ No TV, only netflix
