Vétusté, beaucoup de cafard , l'ascenseur en mauvais état, l'endroit pour se laver fait 50cmx50cm impossible de se laver , le lavabo fait 30 cm. Les odeurs dans tout le bâtiment. Le propriétaire m'a demandé 100 Euros comme garantie, après la confirmation de la réservation. Je n'ai pas eu mes 100 Euros à la fin de mon séjour.

Only good thing about this terrible experience was the good location of the place

The host required an additional €100 deposit outside of Booking.com to access the apartment, which was not clearly communicated in advance. After my stay, €95 was deducted for damages I did not cause (mirror and toilet seat), without proper proof. This felt unfair and unprofessional. There was construction in the building and noise. Middle of the night some wery loud alarm was going on. But the main thing is the stuff and how they trie to rob you off and lie that you did something you did not. Window lock was broken and theys said its fourth floor dont worry, but as you can see out from the window there is construstion and anybody can just walk in from window. so they agreed to fix that finally.

The apartment was ok very noisy outside due to scaffolding but up windows could not lock so anyone could have entered the apartment

I paid the full amount at the time of booking, and there was no mention of any extra deposit. But on the morning I arrived — exhausted after a long night and early flight — I suddenly received a text demanding an unexpected £\€100 deposit. They refused to give me the keys until I paid and completed extra paperwork. It felt completely unfair and extremely stressful. The check-in was uncomfortable, the person was unfriendly, and the whole situation felt wrong from the start. In the end, the £/€100 was never returned, and when I tried to resolve it, I eventually got blocked. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and anything managed by this company ( UPMARKET).
