Extremely disappointed with the hotel management. We arrived at the specified time between 3 PM - 4 PM, but the receptionist had no record of our booking, despite us making a token payment of ₹899 after receiving confirmation from FabHotel via Booking.com. We were made to wait for a frustrating 30 minutes while they verified the booking. After finally confirming, we were told there were no rooms available and were put in a room with a bathroom under construction as a temporary solution. To make matters worse, they demanded full payment of the remaining balance before shifting to the temporary room.We were exhausted and still didn’t get a proper room with a functional bathroom. We adjusted in temporary room for more than 2 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable, and we did not expect such terrible service from a reputed platform like Booking.com. The experience was nothing but short of pathetic and infuriating. The permanent room which they provide us was also not clean. Bedsheet, blanket, towel, pillow cover, sofa and everything in room were filthy. There we no glasses to drink water. They only provide us soap and no shampoo, lotion and toothpaste were provided. These things are basic which hotels provide to its customers. Also during checkout time they charged us for water bottles.

This is not a hotel it is a garbage bag, don't even think about booking this hotel
