Hot tub power keep off every hour or 2...water warm i want hot 38 to 40c

The calmness and tranquility was phenomenal! Though there we domes nearby, it felt very secluded and calm. The beds were nice and comfy, and we spent the night watching Netflix on the projector and in the hot tub! There was a plug in radiator and a small plug in moon projector light as well! Absolutely lovely!

Nothing not to like!

The concept of having such a place is very nice. The projector works very fine. The beds were fantastic.

Finding the place was a big challenge as the postcode provided takes you to the middle of nowhere. The heater in the room was not effective at all. We couldn't use the fire pit because it was raining. The hot tub was not hot enough.

1.Very complicated customer service. We couldn't find location, we called number provided and unfortunately due to customer service is not located in uk they couldn't help us! We nearly gave up and left. There was no one around to ask for help either. Eventually followed by pictures on website We managed to figure out where we staying. 2. A few hours before our check-in customer service contacted me saying that the hot tub is broken, so we swapped to different dome only to learn that our hot tub is broken too. 3. Dome itself screams of health and safety issues. It was a more stressful and disappointing stay. Cannot say anything good about it.

Great experience the dome was lovely and warm for us upon on arrival. Hot tub was lovely little fire pit for night time which we had our tea around the fire and was great. We had a lovely time for our first experience glamping. Thankyou.

This is not negative feedback. Only positive to consider. ●Extra light ie a Torch for getting to wc on a night time. ●Some bottled water in the mini fridge as the drinking water tap only seem to give out hot water. ● Instructions on where to put rubbish although the lady was very helpful regarding this and taken our rubbish for us. It’s such a lovely place, I went away with my partner and it was so nice, hot tub to the side of the dome, we had a small fire pit going and it was lovely sitting out listening to the countryside. Well worth the money. We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub then chilled out inside the dome watching football on the projector x

There was nothing bad about it.

Self check in, tucked away and a lovely little retreat to relax. Wish we’d have booked for longer but definitely will look to book again in the future. Excellent communication between ourselves and the host which made things simplistic. Thank you to our hosts for a lovely time.
