- Host was very responsive - Location: convenient for where I had to work, and to Georgetown - Dedicated and easy parking - Pillows and beds were comfortable - Pools and activity areas with gym, game room etc.

- Arrived quite late with heavy luggages, wanted to quickly get the keys but failed to open the mailbox. Contacted host via Booking, then only was informed the password had been changed - the TV or remote was not working but host responded quickly to resolve that - Had to wait more than 30mins for elavator during the weekend - shower hose handle placed too high (maybe to compensate for the lack of a shower head) - no circulation/blower inside the toilet/shower thus it stayed wet and humid - would be great if cleaning service is provided especially for stay of more than 3 days - rubbish to be thrown out at the ground floor, a bit inconvenient when the elevator was full - no mirror in the second bedroom

Très bel immeuble (accueil), petite supérette au niveau de l'accueil. Les équipements de l'appartement sont de très bonne qualité. Bien situé si l'on se déplace en voiture. Lit très confortable.

Un ménage un peu plus poussé aurait été appréciable ainsi que quelques travaux de rénovation dans la salle de bain.

The view is superb , house is clean and well maintained

Same level like Shangri-la, Hilton, Le Meridian etc all the 5 start feeling when you rent this place. We love the pleasant smells in the entire place, the clean floor as we walk around the house and bathrooms, ample amount of beds for family of 8 even we were just 4 of us. And we love the both combination of fluffy and firm pillows they provided, the comfy and clean linens, bedspread and bed, and towels and then the clean carpet in the living area, the good sofa and some play area for my daughter, the just enough what we needed the sets of kitchen appliances, necessities and electrical equipments, comfortable and sturdy dining set, the cute entrance, the good products of shower foam and shampoo, good they thought of the hand soap, dish wash liquid, detergent, face and toilet tissue all just enough and this all gave us a REAL comfort that we needed and expected to get the good night sleeps and warmth feeling throughout the entire stays as we were super tired and arrived super late at 11.00 p.m..we were soo glad we made a right choice to choose this host unit. Kudos to the owner and the management team, hope you all can maintain and keep up the great performance for a long long time. Cause we wanna come again next time ok.

It's not that we don't like, cause we still can manage it. And this was not the host problem to highlight it lah: The condo bad planning & design for the garbage bin area which only located at the parking lot. I find it inconvenient to carry trash in the common lif, this may causing the discomfort for other users to enter into the lif (but we're lucking didn't experience it la, just saying)

Everything , exactly as pictured. Very comfortable. My kids actually slept in the living room, w duvets and pillows laid out. Loved the mini slide, that was a neat touch!

Nothing much actually, except for some reason the wifi decided to not work on the last day, oh well
