Seaside 3 suites Penthouse with Pool Gym & BBQ Terrace

Appartement vraiment hyper équipé, très confortable, très beau et très cosy. Ron est un hôte particulièrement attentif au confort et au bien-être de ses locataires. On ne manque de rien.

Absence de moustiquaire. Lumière rapidement présente le matin dans les chambres côté océan.

The location was excellent, facilities above expectations.

We love everything.

1. The amenities were super helpful for us (e.g. washing machine, kitchen, tv channels, kitchen tools etc) 2. The rooms were airconditioned really well 3. The host was very communicative and helpful. Followed up everything within like an hour or so. 4. The swimming pool was clean and nice 5. The place gave a "home" like feeling, also felt like you had a lot of space, peace and felt overall very comfortable 6. The proximity to the beach is so handy. Our boat trips were 2 minutes away and close to the main road to drive to Grand Baie, Mont Choisy etc. 7. We liked the door PIN code system. We hate carrying keys around so this was much easier to use

1. The gym was very outdated and could use some renovation for people who like to exercise during holidays (e.g. it lacked some equipment but also the existing cardio equipment didn't have space to put your phone or tablet) 2. We had quite some challenges to get rid of ants in the kitchen (not sure what can be done about that in a tropical place??) 3. The vaccuum cleaner uses a type of plug that is not compatible with most plugs so we weren't able to vacuum clean everywhere since the cord was not long enough 4. Perhaps some extra cloths and spunges to do and dry the dishes.

You have absolutely everything you need in this penthouse. Three bedrooms, private tub outside, two terracces, full equiped kitchen and even a gas grill, equipment for babies like cot, dishes and babyseat. Three bathrooms for all guests. You get enough towels for you and for the pool / beach. The place can accomodate six adults (three pairs). Private and secured parking. Clean and fresh pool outside, which we liked a lot. Small gym, but enough for a short training. Its a special place to stay with a playing cage for children and adults, normally you don't get it everywhere, our small ones liked it a lot. From here you can explore the north of Mauritius and enjoy your stay. The hosts are nice and helpful.

I had the most wonderful stay at this property! The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help and ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was absolutely stunning – the interior design was elegant and tasteful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with three large bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, which offered a lot of privacy and convenience. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. The terrace was a true gem, complete with a grill and a jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. And the best part? The beach was just a few steps across the street! The location was ideal, making it easy to enjoy both the comfort of the property and the beauty of the beach, shops were within a short distance. There was also a convenient parking space, and the 24/7 security gave us peace of mind during our stay. Everything was top-notch, making it an unforgettable experience!I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

The appartment was perfect,couldn't ask for more.And also Ron is a perfect host.And also after check out,we could store our luggage!

Everything - loved the design, quick & very friendly communication, appartement with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, net to play for our toddler, private pool, big community pool, walkable to beach, everything in the kitchen to cook. It was one if the best stays during our 5-weeks long trip and I would recommend it over any 5-stars place.

Since it’s a penthouse you have to take the stairs with your luggage. Fortunately this was no problem for us.
