Villa Antonia sul mare con piscina Torre a mare (Bari)

The property was so clean and gorgeous too! The walk from the beach (just a minute walk from the house) to the town was gorgeous. We loved how private the place was too!

The villa is incredibly spacious and very well kept. It's in a gated road and felt very safe. The bedrooms are all really good sizes - and the ones on the upper floors have great natural light. Downstairs the villa has a very good layout. The kitchen is really spacious - as is the lounge. The seating area in the garden is well kept and has everything you need for either eating outdoors or just relaxing with a drink. The pool and pool area were very clean and well maintained - there are plenty of sunloungers -and the place is very quiet and private. Access to the sea at the end of the road (via a private gate) was really useful - as you can walk along the path to the town (Torre a Mare - about 15-20 mins) - without having to go on the main road by car. We really enjoyed our stay - and I would highly reccomend this villa.

The only minor grumble I had - the villa is beautifully maintained - and clearly 'modernised' re: light switches and alarm systems. This meant that each switch had a bright blue LED light shining from it - which was very obvious in the bedroom in the dark when trying to sleep. The alarm sensor - also LED- regularly flashed various 'patterns' throughout the night - illuminating the entire bedroom. I'm sure this isn't an issue for everyone - but if you are a light sleeper - or need full darkness when sleeping - then it's just something to be aware of. It did keep me up for the first night - but we managed to find a solution - after which -I slept very well indeed!!!

The villa was very nice. Good facilities and a great garden with pool. The host is super friendly and makes sure your stay is comfortable.

Points for improvement: - vacuum cleaner (with small kids it’s handy to clean after them) - provide explanation how to use the keys to open the 2 gates

The villa is spacious enough for 3 families that can live very comfortably. It’s located 3 minutes from the seaside and 20 min from Bari. To the nearest shops & restaurants you can take a 15 min walk or use bike that was available in the property. Each of the room was equipped with air conditioning. There is outside place for barbeque, however we didn’t use it as the weather was too hot :) Stefania the owner was very helpul during whole stay. Definitely we can recommend the villa for the holiday. Thank you Stefania for great stay.

Really hard to find. The rooms upstairs are more modern than in the downstairs, but nothing really that would matter.
