I wasn't given the room I'd reserved, and I wasn't given any advance notice. The previous tenant got sick and didn't vacate the room. No one warned me to look for another place to stay. When I arrived at the hotel that evening with my suitcases, they simply refused to give me a room. I had to scramble to find somewhere to spend the night myself. It was incredibly frustrating.

The entrance is not closed so outsiders can come easily
