GBWe were greeted by a very nice man who showed us around. Provided us with complimentary Prosecco, bottled water and milk for the morning. Very nice place, nice and quiet and very comfy. Real professional and personal service! We will most certainly use this place again. Thoroughly recommended!
Add £2 to the price and get a slightly better Prosecco! Other than that. No complaints from us!
GBThe property was modern and freshly furnished. The living room was spacious. The hot drinks station was a nice touch, as was the bottle of champagne. Everything was clean and the owners of the property were lovely and very easy to correspond with
GBA very nice guy met us on arrival to show us how everything worked. They had left plenty of condiments and milk, tea, coffee etc. All very thoughtful. There was even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and some pain au chocolat for breakfast, if required. The beds were very clean and very comfortable. The towels were clean and fluffy. Rachel was marvellous. My friends couldn’t operate the lock box and so someone came out early hours of the morning to assist - a big thank you!
It really shouldn’t be advertised as ‘Luxury’ as it just needed some redecoration to make it feel clean. Some of the cleaning could have been better. EG The TV screen was pretty bad for some reason and the ready laid up table needed a refresh. Quite a lot of the surfaces were a bit smeary.
