Die Mitarbeiter/in der Vermittlungsagentur war höflich und freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war per Code unkompliziert. Die Kaution wurde nach 18 Tagen (im vertraglich festgelegten Zeitraum von 3 Wochen) zurück gezahlt.
Die Kaution wird innerhalb von 3 Wochen zurück gezahlt - für einen solch langen Zeitraum sollte unseres Erachtens ein Übernahme Protokoll vor- und nachher durchgeführt werden. Das ist aber bei der Übergabe des Schlüssels per Code nicht vorgesehen.
