Absolutely nothing.

The host cancelled our booking just hours before arrival. They offered alternative accommodation, further away and in a worse location, but there was no key in the lockbox. We sent the hosts an emergency email but they did not respond. The booking instructions said they were contactable by text, but there was no number provided. As there was no key, and the host was not responding, we could not stay at the accommodation we had paid for and had to find somewhere else to stay. I requested a refund but have been completely ignored.

Never had to change locations mid stay before.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Lage ist toll. 50 Meter bis Preston Str. hier gibt es jede Menge Lokale. 3 Minuten bis zur Promenade direkt am i360.
