Property is not as advertised it’s an annex with a door that does not lock u can hear everything going on upstairs I would not feel comfortable staying here if was alone refused any type of compensation

Close to the ground
Arrived in pouring rain. Made to wait in the rain finally asked if I had the code. Had difficulty opening the gate eventually got into the alley. Spent ages trying to access the key. Had to ask the tenant to help, remember I am still in the rain. When she comes back she tells me that the code had changed. She had trouble retrieving the key but I got in. TV, no bbc or itv. Kept buffering.
