The Boat House, Direct Gulf Access, Pool and Spa Cape Coral

Loved the area!! Saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays all from the back yard!! The swings were amazing and peaceful at night just to sit and listen to the water.. the house was supplied with everything we needed and the pool was great loved my stay

There was not one thing bad about the property

Perfektes Haus mit direkten Golf-Zugang und eigenem Bootssteg! Toller Pool, super Ausstattung, alles sauber und schön gepflegt. Wir hatten einen tollen einwöchigen Aufenthalt und wurden von Vikki bestens supportet!

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln! Einfach super!!!

The house is very comfortable with a large open kitchen, large outdoor space on a peaceful canal. Kitchen had everything we needed, including spices, coffee and coffee filters which was a nice welcoming touch. And the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, soap, plenty of towels etc. Really appreciated that. Very comfortable double recliner sofa to watch the large TV; very comfortable cushy outdoor loungers (easy and light move around / on wheels). I spent a lot of time outdoors under the large gazebo, or in the hanging chair “pods” on the dock. The pool was heated (at our request) which was a nice touch since the weather was a little chilly the first days. We didn’t make use of the kayaks, bikes, or chairs, but everything necessary was there. The location is great, and provides easy access to the bridge, restaurants , etc. We felt very much at home during our relaxing week. Vikki is lovely and super responsive. We requested a late checkout so we could enjoy every possible minute there. The house is very clean and well appointed, and you get the sense everything is done to make the stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Von Anfang Ende war es extrem unkompliziert. Jeder unserer Fragen wurde sofort beantwortet. Vicky war derzeit erreichbar. die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

The accommodation was amazing. Far surpassed our expectations. Everything was of the highest standards. We had planned to hire bikes and kayaks but they had been provided at the accommodation! We arrived at night and didn't realise that there was an electronic key pad. It was idilic.

Beautiful view from the large back windows, pool, hot tub & boat dock. Nice & relaxing.

The master bed, the middle side legs. We must have stumped our toe a zillion times. Besides that, everything was wonderful.

The Boathouse is an incredible place to stay! As a family we travel around a lot and often rent different accommodations. The boathouse was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. A clean and well looked after home. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we could possible need. The home had comfy beds, board games, two great shower rooms and a huge TV - which we didn't turn on once as we were too busy outdoors making the most of the stunning location! The hot tub and pool were perfect. A great patio area to sunbathe, chill out in the shade or eat at the table. The bikes and kayaks were an added bonus. From the moment we arrived and took in the stunning setting we were totally relaxed. The egg chairs on the dock are the perfect place to watch the sunrise and set. My wife spent many hours here saying it was her 'happy place'. I fished most days/nights from the dock catching snappers, catfish and even a stingray and we were lucky enough to see Dolphins from the dock too. Vikki was a perfect host and was very responsive to messages and any queries we had. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back 100%.
