Het was verassend groot en een prachtig appartement in een prachtige wijk. Heel mooi ingericht en strak afgewerkt. Veel apparatuur aanwezig. Prachtige badkamer. De eigenaar woond erboven maar heb je geen last van. Strand is 20min lopen naar een prachtig open water zwembad. Zwembroek of wetsuit meenemen.
Als ik iets moet zeggen zou een gordijn of verduistering bij de ingang nog iets toevoegen.

Bad und Bett sind in Ordnung.
Die Wohnung ist in einem Keller und einer ehemaligen Garage. Man kann außer der Eingangstüre praktisch keine Fenster zum lüften öffnen. Im Angebot sind schöne Bilder die aber nach genauerem hinschauen nicht so doll sind, es sieht alles neu und groß aus ist es wie zb. Die Küche nicht. Außerdem wir ein Pool angepriesen von dem vor Ort keine Rede mehr war. Die Wohnung ist von einer halb fertigen Terrasse und Fassade umgeben. Für unseren kleinen Hund wurden uns für einen erhöhten "Reinigungsaufwand" zusätzlich ca. 30€ pro Tag bei Anreise abgeknöpft.

It was fantastic apartment, even part of big house. The landlord is nice and friendly, you can find everything you needed. The swimming pool is warmed up and free for my daughter. The location is fantastic, near the beach and the public transport is convenient to the city centre. Already recommended to my friends who have the plan to go there.

The location is amazing, Hovas is a beautiful seaside town yet not far from the city. The house is beautiful and despite its work in progress, nothing really lacks for a few days of very comfortable stay. The hosts are helpful, friendly and most kind people we met on the entire trip to Sweden. Cheers
This is a matter of taste, I can do with firmer mattresses.
