IDUSUSUSThe cleanliness of both the room and the hotel lobby area was commendable.
If you plan to sleep in or have an early flight, I recommend looking elsewhere. Around 12:50 AM, there was a loud party right outside my room window, which made it impossible for me to sleep. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, the staff were quite rude. I was informed that there was a hall next door, and there was nothing they could do about the noise other than offer to move me to another room. Like really? At 1 am?? The delivery of this message felt dismissive and unhelpful. When I inquired why guests would be placed in rooms so close to the source of noise, the staff member's attitude was dry and unaccommodating, asking, “Do you want to move or not?” Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this property. It was frustrating to deal with noise and a lack of support from the staff. Also, the hot tub was out of order and they ran out of breakfast an hour before breakfast ended.
PLUSGreat hotel, great position, great staff. The room was comfy and had everything for our stay. Breakfast was good to start the day with a smile!
