The property was easy to locate and fully ready for us to occupy. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.

Nothing. As located just outside St Austell you have to drive to amenities.

The setting and villa was lovely , really clean The play area was good

We didn't have the board games, or hairdryer withing our villa , the bed was abit too hard
