Lovely lux property all amenities spot on, with little added extras, cosy dressing gowns lovely touch. Fantastic locatIon right in center of town, clean and well maintained. Would recomend and use again. Staff very attentive with messages, we all enjoyed our stay.

Just for constructive feedback Headboard in smaller bedroom rickity makes a noise every time you move, quick fix im sure. 😃

The location was excellent and very quiet for a city center property, close to all all amenities and fantastic for shopping or just relaxing in the city, also a stones throw from the cathedral. The property was great and provided everything you need.

The only thing that would have been better is if the underfloor heating had been put on in advance as it was a very cold day and so the house was chilly and the heating took a very long time to heat up, also it was pitch black on arrival so the outside light on would have been handy.

The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was comfortable and in a great location with good parking.

We liked everything and would be happy to stop again if we needed to go to Canterbury.

Beautiful property and excellent location. We had everything we needed and the communication before, during and after our stay was brilliant.

Nothing. The property had everything we needed, was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Interior was lovely too. Parking was a bonus and easy to find and the property was close to everything.

Everything. The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the city centre and not far from the railway stations. It was good to have a private parking space directly outside the property. The beds were comfortable and the shower very good.

It’s surely the best in Canterbury….. location, facilities etc etc etc are really amazing…. And your neighbours are lovely. We met your neighbours on day 2 and they are lovely. I’m going to leave it there! 🥰 And the generous toilet paper 😉 matters lol :) what’s on the inclusive list is all there and more… my wife has ‘lack of toilet paper’ anxiety lol 😂 but you smashed that one! The tech and support you provided was amazing, definitely 👍 will return when we next visit family in this wonderful city.

We stayed in this house as a family for a week and everything was exactly as described — no surprises. The renovation is brand new, everything feels fresh and spotless. The bathrooms were absolutely clean, the furniture was comfortable, and the beds were great. The kitchen was a highlight — modern, spacious, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, dishes, and utensils. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of tourist attractions. Parking was easy, and there was even a charging station for our electric car. The location is easy to find and very convenient overall. Highly recommended — 10 out of 10!
