Apto 111 El Dorado Playa las Americas By Paramount Holidays

We loved the location, near to loads of restaurants and bars and only a short walk from Los Christianos. Also very near beaches. The property is like an apartotel with 24 hour reception and a lovely lobby area. There are 2 very nice pools and tennis courts at the apartments. There is a karaoke bar connected to the lobby. The apartment was very quiet although on a Main Street. Also felt very secure. There is a small kitchen and washing machine. There is also a nice little balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Communication with the rental agency (Indi) was excellent.

A little dated particular the bathroom and fridge was very old. But that was all and we would definitely stay again.

Great apartment, clean, exactly as on the photos, except it now has brand new sofa. Had all we needed for a short and comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were comfy enough for us to have good night sleep. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We chose a place where we did not need to rent a car. The apartment building is well located. There were 2 supermarkets across the road, the promenade was just 5 min walk, loads of bars, shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back!

Great location

Fantastic apartment, everything you need. Sun on the balcony all day and pool area is fantastic. Never struggle or have to race to get a sunbed. Nice little welcome bottle of wine and received check in messages in plenty of time before arriving.

Could do with lighting outside the apartment door, and bathroom light could be brighter, but we managed.

I booked the property on the day of arrival in Tenerife, I tried to check in and the owner said the room wasn’t clean so it wasn’t available so I had to book another hotel for the first night which cost me €180. If the room wasn’t ready it shouldn’t have been on booking.con Available for renting

Location (close to airport bus stop, supermarkets and not too close to noisy bars), kitchen facilities, two sets of keys available

Shower cubicle was very small, door has been replaced with a shower curtain. Still able to shower ok but needs replacing really. Lobby lights outside apartment look like they're being replaced so not working ATM. Nothing major.
