The location is very good -- far enough from crowd and noise, but near enough everything else (malls, resto, public transpo) The place has three swimming pools, one of which is olympic sized which I very much enjoyed. It also has an indoor (full) and outdoor (half) basketball courts, and a well-equipped gym. Although I did not have the chance to use these facilities. The view! We were on the 19th floor, on the eastern terrace, is a view of Mt. Apo, and on the western terrace is Davao Gulf and Samal Island. And unimpeded views of Mt. Apo, Samal Island, and downtown Davao City on the rooftop.
