A cosy garden flat in a quiet area close to the city centre

Clean and tidy, comfortable beds

could do with a curtain blind in the kitchen.

The apartment was in a very nice residential neighbourhood. Two double bedrooms and a good size living room. 5 minutes' walk to the bus stop with several busses going into Bristol City. 20-25 walk to Temple Mead Station which was really handy to travel to Bath for the day.

We like the whole place, finding it very comfortable, clean, and warm. All we needed it for our stay this time.

Nice place. Clean and spacious. Well decorated. Kitchen had everything needed and was clean.

Fairly strong chemical smell in the apartment. I’m assuming it was from window repair that was conducted the day we arrived.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr unkomplizierter und direkter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist eher spartanisch eingerichtet, Matratze dort könnte etwas bequemer sein.

The flat was lovely in a lovely place...

TV didn't work which was okay as we had family plans I was asked to empty the tumble dryer and empty the tray as the cleaner didn't do it to which of course I agreed I was happy to help but...there was the previous persons food still in there kitchen and bathroom cabinet had teeth stuff init then to my amazement I have found I'm being charged £100 for smoking in the flat when myself and my children don't smoke and have never smoked :( I have never felt so upset I'm on a benefit and scrapped together all I had for that trip with my girl's to be charged for something I didn't do...the front door was open when I was packing the car up and the two men outside were smoking if that went in I have no idea but I will now have to rely on food bank's to feed us as I have to pay the £100 charge I'm very hurt by this experience and will be very reluctant to use again as I specifically choose that flat because it was non smoking so to be accused of it because the cleaner smelt smoke was very shocking to be charged such a large amount when I have no means to pay that unless we go without it felt like I was being cond into paying more money as I can't understand why it would of smelt of cigarettes when my children 8yrs and 10 definitely don't and myself have never smoked but there you go otherwise it's a lovely little place to stay just be careful after what's happened to me x
