La ubicación del lugar está muy bien. La cama si era cómoda, pero la ropa regular.

No tenía persianas y las cortinas dejan ver a través, desde el exterior (un bajo que da a la calle) se ve todo, no tiene uno intimidad. En el espejo del baño la luz no funcionaba, el sofá era muy incómodo y no daba sensación de limpio. El plato de ducha resbalaba muchísimo, porque no tenía alfombra de plástico o madera, podría caerse uno y romperse algo (fue peligroso para mis familiares de avanzada edad). En general está muy regular, porque huele a humedad y tiene las paredes con emplastes (seguramente por las humedades).

La nula comunicación con la dueña. Los colchones malos, hay que cambiarlos. Poca intimidad, una cortina en la puerta de acceso, es necesaria.
