Premium Centre Retreat - Work & Relax - Pool Table

Best place in Leeds! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. There were four of us staying and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The amenities were absolutely spotless, which made the whole experience feel even more premium. ALSO The location couldn’t have been better as everything we needed was right on our doorstep, making it so easy to explore and enjoy the city. What really stood out though was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The appointment was in a perfect location with on street parking ( reasonable price ) . Modern spacious and very clean . Had all the facilities you need .

Few things that ultimately ruined the trip for us was the fact that the £150 deposit you have to pay was advised as wouldn’t leave account and would go as a holding amount but this left out account within an hour of me entering our details and also the amount of messages you get during your stay like 8pm one saying your stay is almost over and reminders etc you can let relax! The sofa bed we couldn’t figure out how to pull out that could be on us but i slept on it and let my two children have the bedroom with their dad and it’s was really hard and didn’t sleep because of that! I’d say the accommodation is more for 3 people rather than 4

The apartment was lovely. Really nicely decorated, great facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The building was quiet and it was located close to the city.

The bad points were mostly out of the host's control - the smell from the bin room was evident throughout the whole building, right up to the 7th floor where the apartment was located, so hold your nose! The apartment is VERY warm. When I visited, the weather was in the low 20s and even with the blinds closed all day to keep the sun out, it was incredibly hot and stuffy. A decent fan is provided, but it didn't do much unfortunately. A summer duvet would be good as the one provided was really thick. Opening the windows once the sun went down helped, but the apartment is located RIGHT next to the train line, and the trains run all night with brakes screeching. It was very loud. I eventually slept ok once I had purchased some wax ear plugs, but it wasn't ideal. Again, this isn't really anything the host can do anything about, but if you're a light sleeper or visit during hot weather, I would definitely prepare. The water temperature in the apartment was lukewarm at best, so I endured a cold shower every morning (which wasn't too insufferable after the hot and stuffy night!) Up the hot water and even with the bad points, I'd definitely stay here again! The host was attentive and checked in several times throughout my stay, so I can't fault them! It was just unfortunate that my stay was marred slightly by the above.

Absolutely perfect, beautiful and cosy apartment & the host was very accommodating , best host I’ve met. Would definitely recommend and I will see you again.
