Central 1BR with Free Parking Near Med Center & NRG Stadium

EVERYTHING first thing first we walked in stayed about 10 minutes and walked right out. The ceiling had black mold growing, the towels on the bed were stained and had hair. The shower walls and floor had hair and the bed sheets were not clean they had hair. I reached out to the the property manager kindly asking for a refund because we have health issues and can sleep in rooms with mold and I was ignored. I have yet to be given a refund which I feel is only right I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! If I could give it 0 stars I would

Property management text 15 mins until check in to see if we could switch to another property.. I agreed after seeing pictures that looked satisfactory. It was not clean, there was no shower curtain, they left 1 towel for 2 people for 3 days, there was no plug for the bathtub to bathe, a lamp on the sink with an exposed base, the apartment smelled of weed from an adjacent apartment. There was no fitted sheet, the flat sheet had black stains and a cigarette burn… There was a cockroach in the bathroom and that’s when we left. We only stayed 1 night of the 3 I booked.

Nothing much of anything. They had inconvenience after inconvenience. From "an emergency moved location, to ac not working in first unit to vomit in shower in new moved unit.

So much. The late inconvenience text. The ac not working wanting us to stay in the hot unit and maintenance may be by in the morning. The vomit in new unit shower. The towels were used and old not upkept. The first unit didn't have a stove but a 75inch and a queen bed. The 2nd unit had a stove but a 50 inch and a king bed. Lol so I dont know how they decorate or design. They told me about moving "due to emergency in first location" so I dont even know the price on the unit we stayed. They offered me later check in "12" for the inconvenience but then at 830am texted me if I wanted to late check out it was $40. Like what? Then I politely reminded about the late check out and STILL NO RESPONSE but house keeping at 1105am to clean. Luckily we were leaving already because I was over this stay here. Noisy neighbors as well around grounds. They have a gate to come in and out but it doesn't work sooooo yea....good luck if you book. I only paid 200 so again you get what you pay for.

The area is really nice. To sum it up, it's like they placed an unsanitary disgusting apartment in the middle of Beverly Hills.

- Roaches in the unit, no bath towels or soap provided, no light in the bathroom, the bathroom and bedroom door was punched in and damaged. - extreme sanitary concerns around the whole building ( see photos below) - Suspicious people going in and out the gate the whole night. Definitely a safety concern for women. Do not complete a booking for this apartment at all!! All units are horrible. I am offended that the host would offer customers this property. Waiting for refund

The property looked nothing like I expected it. The apartment looked nothing like i thought either the gate to the entrance didn’t work it actually looked like a trap apartment

I liked nothing about the property

Didn’t stay there they moved me. To a whole different area of town. Totally different complex and the hot water didn’t work at the new apt.

Yes it was cozy and comfortable at this place and quiet and a great park near by

The room and the whole experience

I love that this location is close to eveything. The host responds to concerns in a timely manner. The apartments are very clean. This is my go to for my overnight stays.
