USIt had everything we needed, comfy bed, nice shower . Convenient facilities to use such as toaster, kettle, fridge freezer etc. it’s also a nice location.

USPlace was clean and cozy. AC worked well & plenty of free parking, important since we had a rental. Also, the place was on the ground floor, so access was easy.
Finding drive way at night was a challenge. A light of any kind would be helpful.

Used condiments in the fridge, 1/4 jar of jelly etc., gross. I cleaned the ice dispenser myself, yellow ice. Shower head was disgusting. No AC, there is a unit but no cool air comes out, zilch. Glad we were here in Winter .
CALocation, ease of checking in, very friendly host. Very clean unit with all what we needed for a week's stay. Beach chairs, surfing board , beach towels were extremely useful.
Only one little improvement I could suggest is to have a better AC unit. It's too small for the unit and it's location is such that it doesn't cool that effectively. We were ok with it, however someone who needs to have temp below 23 Deg C will struggle.

The key lock could be upgraded to digital key code box. It was hard to turn the code numbers in the lock, to get the key out, in the dim light at night. While remodeling the room isn’t a must, but giving it some updates like furniture, wall decors, etc., would make the room even more inviting! Please note that this is our opinion, NOT a negative feedback.
