Apartamento a 40 metros de Playa San Telmo y Lago Martiánez

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de San Telmo, a nada de la Plaza del Charco. Bien equipado, mobiliario bastante nuevo. En buen estado. Tiene ventiladores para sofocar el calor.

Tercera planta sin ascensor, lo que lo hace algo difícil para bajar y subir con un cochito de bebé. Escalera estrecha. La puerta de entrada está en una pendiente pronunciada. Muy difícil hablar con el anfitrión, dado que desde semanas antes intenté ponerme en contacto para varias cuestiones por todas las vías posibles (chat, email, llamadas) y no había respuesta. El mismo día que llegaba me contestaron que sí había cuna, pero no tenían sábanas (al no contestar con tiempo no llevé de mi casa, por lo que tuve que tirar de ingenio para ponerle "sábanas" a mi bebé).

Nice and clean flat. Close to everything. Comfortable main bed.

No kettle and uncomfortable sofa bed. Almost everyday starting at 8 o'clock crawler excavator working, demolishing the building next door. Very loud, the whole building vibrating. Not nice for family with small kids. Noone mentioned that before renting. No response from the owner when wanted to shorten our stay.

Good location. The kitchen had everything we needed. Good internet, I was able to work without problems. Supermarket not far away, sports bar right under the balcony, watched the champions league final in the right atmosphere 😁

Everything was fine. Only one thing was that parking was a problem.

Super modern, pretty and well equipped. Nice balcony also.
