Localizzazione perfetta! Comunicazione fluida e piacevole. Michele è stato molto gentile. L’alloggio era molto pulito ed il letto principale molto comodo. Solo bemolle per il lettino che andrebbe cambiato!

"Very comfortable in the center, perfect location."

Contrary to its name it's not a suite, but a studio with no view but with all comfort. I can't answer about the host as we did not see him. Appreciated the coffee in the room. Very good position, near everything. Would recommend it for visiting Padova and Venice by train or boat.

"Great location to start exploring Padova."

The location was amazing, were able to reach everything within 10 minutes walk. It was easy getting in, communication was also excellent!

It was difficult to air the apartment. The kitchen is good for a breakfast, a bit more complicated for dinner. We would’ve appreciated sharper knives.

"Perfect location to visit beautiful Padova"

The location is perfect, you are near everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable and cosy. Michele, the host, was very kind and payed a lot of attention to details to the well-being of my stay. The keys were very easy to find.

It's not the fault of the apartment or of the owner, but the staircase is just besides the bed, so, when people wake up early in the morning, you may be disturbed by the noise amplified by the staircase. However, Michele told me that he will set a message to invite people living in the building to pay more attention to that. Apart from this, I had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. Tram stop is 2 min away, 4 stops traveling to the Padova train station. The place is rally great, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed. It was quiet during the nights, the area and the city in general looks really safe and peaceful. The host Michele was cooperative and available all the time for recommendations and advices. This place is a good and reasonable choice for a nice stay in beautiful Padova.

Only one thing - lack of balcony.

"Great location - central yet quiet - great host, but a little bit smelly in the bathroom."

The position is perfect, very central and yet very quiet! The flat is easy to reach and access and the host is very good at communicating. The flat is as described. There is everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom.

I did not like the online check-in. I do not want to pay more than 100 euros per night and have to do the check-in myself. The bath-room has a bit of a moldy smell.
