Lovely Modern 2 Bed Flat with parking, close to city centre

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Smelled nice as well. Connecting to the Internet access was also a breeze. The area also felt safe to stay.

There was a noisy neighbor who didn't control the noise made by his/her kid(s). I'd want to suggest the wallpaper in one of the bedrooms must be changed.

Good communication with the host, with detailed check-in and check-out instructions. Fantastic location within walking distance to the city and the university, plus convenient private parking. Nice layout of the rooms in the apartment, decent sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was great that the apartment was on the ground floor since we had luggage. Quiet area with good shopping options. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a lovely holiday!

There are four chairs in the apartment, and we were six people. I asked Andy if it was possible to get two extra stools, but it wasn’t possible. It’s not ideal when you want to eat together. There was no salt, spices, oil, vinegar, or similar basic kitchen supplies. The apartment could also use a little touch-up with paint, but that was okay.

The host Andy is lovely! Super responsive to messages and provided lovely local information on arrival with clear entrance instructions. The location is perfect for those wanting to get to the city with a 20 min walk to the centre. A nice kitchen dinner space for evenings.

The whole place needs some TLC. On our arrival we were informed the bath had a crack, these things happen. Although we were told we could shower I personally didn’t feel comfortable to do so with the large crack. One of the beds was also broken. The bedding felt cheap and was ripped as well. Overall a nice place but there are marks on the walls and holes, my blinds were broke and the bedroom furniture is very old and used. The kitchen is clearly new but still has plastic covering on which is coming away at the corners meaning it’s sticky and gathering dirt. It could be a smashing place with a little love.

The location is excellent—very central and convenient. The apartment is spacious and nicely arranged, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. It’s perfect for families or longer stays. One big plus was the availability of private car parking, which made things much easier and added to the overall convenience.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the bedding was of low quality, making it hard to get proper rest. I had already seen similar complaints in earlier reviews. In addition, there was no iron/ ironing board. Another important issue was the bedroom curtain—didn’t block the light, and also offered no privacy, which was disappointing.

Easy access, central location, clean and comfortable. Quiet considering location.

One of beds probably needs renewed, some of bedding marked, crockery mismatched, and some cracked. Needs a bit of TLC and decor freshened up and it would be perfect. We would stay there again.
