Restaurant - very noise, loud music. People smoke dagga on the verandah of restaurant and others vaping. Service very slow as there appeared to be 1 or 2 waitresses at the most. I order a fresh green salad but got what looked like leftover salad, few old white leaves, some tomatoes and cucumber. Potato wedges were replaced without being informed with chips which did looked like were fried in some old oil. Access - having to constantly remember to ask for an access code in one day. Consider long expiry type of code where a guest is sttaying longer.

The set up

There were ants in the kitchen ,the couch were a little bit dirty .

Perfect for family, and extended stays. Privacy, the sound of the flowing river and it has everything you would need for a self catering unit.

Limited parking space per unit! Entrance to the complex gets congested.

The place was amazing. Loved that the kids were able to swim and play nearby. It is very perfect for a family of 6. The food at the restaurant was great. The apartment was clean except for the headboards, which could have used a little bit of dusting. The host was perfect, She was very helpful at every turn. Accessing the complex was easy.

Everything was perfect.

Space, location, safety.

It doesn't have human touch, no one to welcome and give tour of facility.
