I liked the area where it was situated

The apartment is beautiful, however it was the most untidy apartment I have ever stayed in my entire life.

The property was clean. There apartment is in a secured estate.

Location and estate as well as the facilities were great

Balcony had no chairs. Some kitchen utensils were not there (grater, large bowls for salads etc, braai fork or tongs). But the worst was on our first morning around 9 the water went off, told the host and took about 5 hours for it to be fixed. So our day was totally off from there on. We were really disappointed

The apartment is in a secure and safe area. There's an eatery place,which was convenient. clean and well looked after child play areas. The apartment was clean. The host was accommodating, he allowed us early check-in . Clean kitchen utensils. Clean bedlinen . Comfortable beds. Beautiful scenery, river right behind the apartment buildings.

This is not by all means a criticism but something that could be improved: We noticed that the toilets seats were loose second day of arriving there,only to find out that this was an existing problem and a maintenance man was scheduled to visit last day of our stay. The dining chairs are also wobbly.

Modern and welll equipped within a well secured estate . We extended our stay by 1 more night.

No aircon and too much mosquitoes

When we got there around 4pm the apartment was not ready. The apartment was not cleaned and the linen was still being washed. The check in time was 3pm and we only got the key to the apartment around 6pm. Unacceptable ☹️
