Had to move three times to get a clean apartment , no representative to greet , especially when you have travelled far. The first two apartments were full of booze bottles & personal effects. The third place was two of the three beds were made the third clearly had been slept in. The hosts were not prepared for our arrival , we had paid up front & we thought we had been scammed. Over the next few days we addressed issues like no bulbs in the lamps or anyway tyo plug them in , extra blankets on the beds & no way of heating the apartment. Morning temperatures of 1 degree & no heating? Was told this is a payable extra & when I requested to pay they said they did not have this service available Anyway they did refund us one nights accomodation & delivered blankets on the last day! Zee the one host was good but obviously not informed by the other staff.

The area was outstanding and accessible to amenities, and security was intact.

The gas for the stove was finished.

The place is beautiful and so spacious. Very nice location.

Very very noisy and disrespectful neighbors. Quiet hours are between 08:00 and 22:00. We had to drive to security at the gate at 01:00 in the morning to get assistance. This was very bad and still makes me angry as I have two kids under the age of 4.
