Castle 835 Oceanview studio on beach with pool, gym, bars, and FREE Parking

The location was brilliant, the room was clean and had everything we needed.

The TV wouldn't work, we tried for ages to get it to connect but it kept returning to the main menu. Sometimes waiting for our car was a bit long but I assume that's normal for Valet parking.

Stay was amazing! Room was clean with a great view. 10/10. Host provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. And valet is included. Had trouble checking in, called and she got it quickly figured out. Will definitely book again!

The pool and room/view were very nice. Also, had a nice variety at the bars/restaurant.

The room was right by the elevators, so it was loud all night long with the running of elevators. Also, tv remote stopped working, and I even tried new batteries. When I called for help, maintenance never showed up.

Nice clean and good-sized apartment, with all kitchen furniture available, beach chairs, and umbrella, which was awesome, has a good internet signal, and has a nice beach view. Blue rentals answered all questions pretty quickly and sent us all the necessary information previously. Good location, free parking with friendly valets, beach access, pool, and bar.

Location was good. THe fact that company gave us a nicer room while the offer was nice while the smell in the room subsided

Smell of whatever was used on in the room was so intense that there was a haze in the room! Was going to crack the window and air it out, but, but window wouldn't stay open! No bulb in the only lamp in the room. No skillet /frying pan No coffee cups 18 floors, 4 Elevators! Valet parking was a nightmare Bathroom door didn't look Poor overall workmanship (seemed like just about everything was half @$$ed)

Our room was located right behind the elevators. We could not sleep at night. Noise was like staying near an airport with planes going over your head. When complaining after the third night (maybe, we should have done that sooner!) we were lucky to get a new room away from the elevators. However, in this room the A/C was at its limits. It was very loud and didn’t cool properly. At a setting of 75 deg, it ran day and night. (Even running non-stop, we don’t think the room temperature even reached 75 deg). The kitchenette (very tight and w/o dishwasher!) and cooking equipment was barely acceptable in both rooms. After complaining, we did receive missing cutlery from management. However, we still had to buy some small items ourselves. Entire furnishing and interior were run down to a varying degree in both rooms (doors not closing, cabinet doors off hinges, shower curtains ripped). In spite of the room change being offered as “courtesy”, we received two cleaning bills. After complaining the second cleaning fee was immediately waived (“computer mistake”). It’s our impression that the apartments in this high-riser are individually owned and rented out through Blu Vacation Rental to tourists. Blu Vacation Rental staff are friendly but maybe unable to request the owners to keep their apartments maintained. (You only discover what you paid for once you get there.) From our 4-week vacation in Florida, this room was the most expensive – e.g., more than two times a fully equipped suite (!) in Kissimmee. But with its location on the beach and included (valet) parking, the market for these run-down rooms seems to be still there. We would not return – at least not to Blu Vacation Rentals. However, there is another agency, called “Castle Beach Hotel”, renting out apartments of this building. Maybe their objects are better maintained…
