Apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Beds were extremely comfortable

Location was a long way outside the city centre.

The rooms were clean and tidy

While booking on booking.com, we clearly called out there going to be 4 adult and 1 child and selected the room options relevant for it and paid the amount however the owner asked for additional amount of £15 over a call on the day of checking in citing the additional bed policy, this is completely unethical but we have to go ahead with it as I don't have any alternative arrangement on short notice. The location of the flat also felt unsafe

Lounge was nicely decorated and same could be done for other areas for modern atmosphere.

Location was great, the number 2 bus goes straight into Glasgow, and you can catch it just around the corner. The beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean. Diane was great at giving us recommendations and keeping us updated with things we needed to know. You can link your own accounts to the TV, just remember to sign out before you leave. Fully equipped kitchen, so you could save some money by getting food from the shops and cooking it yourself. Free parking outside the apartment was very welcome.

If you get a choice, sleep in the back bedroom because it is darker. Otherwise I'd suggest an eyemask if you are a light sleeper, especially if it is summer time during your visit.
