Fulbrix Bright Designer Apartments with West Loop Views

We absolutely loved everything! The view was incredible, the neighborhood was nice, and the apartments were clean and well-appointed. I especially enjoyed the mattress and blanket—they made for the most comfortable stay. Every member of our family had a fantastic time. Plus, the price was very reasonable!

Location, nice furniture and decor, comfortable beds, functional kitchen.

Communication ahead of the trip was a little frustrating. I kept getting sent a link that didn't fully work. When I'd communicate that, I was told by some workers it was fine, I didn't need it, but then I'd get sent it again and someone else would tell me something different. This happened about 5 times. Then, when I arrived, the same thing happened and I could get the key until approved, which only one person could do. Given they reached out so early to me, I wish they had been able to fix the issue before I was at the location, waiting to check-in. But when there, they did resolve it within a few phone calls.

The check-in process was a mess as the link didn't work properly and too many people communicating with me gave me conflicting advice.

Engineering luxury at its best. Everything is well thought of. Clean & beautiful. Abundance of necessary & complementary supplies. Comfortable and enjoyable living.

-Asking me for a front and back scan of my credit card. (Suspected fraud) -No parking was available even though I requested and agreed to charges. Parking was available after 3 days, but given to someone else (by mistake) even after contracted charged. Fulbrex staff saved the day (excellent, professional and nice concierge) -Calling Cloud9 was usless -Weak water pressure -Needs dark blinds in bedrooms -No facial tissues -lack of adhesive ducks in should https://vt.tiktok.com/ZS2RnLsNv/

This was a great property in an ideal location. It was clean and modern with great building amenities and walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops.

I had requested a pack and play for my toddler, which was there when we arrived. The Clloud 9 team was able to bring one that evening. I was also originally assigned a parking spot that was so tight you could barely open your doors on either side. The Cloud 9 folks were able to reassign my parking spot to a roomier spot in the main tenant garage.

This property could have been a good rating, but they did not work with me at all when my flight got cancelled due to a cybersecurity issue, I missed my first night and they would not give me a extra night or a refund!

Bedroom have no proper black out blinds so if you don’t mind light in the early am then jts ok

loved the location, loved the look !!

Our AC in the master bedroom did not work, we could not get the room below 71 degrees. Besides that everything was fantastic
