Modern 6 bedroom retreat, stunning lake views, close to village!

House was very cozy and spacious. Enough space to accommodate our entire family. Home had an awesome game room with a variety of activities for the kids to stay entertained.

Jennifer was so easy to communicate with and even allowed us early check in and late check out. The hone was clean, comfortable and accommodating to all age groups. The view is beautiful and serene, we enjoyed breakfast each morning on the deck

This wasn’t really an issue for us, but there’s no yard area if your little ones want to play outdoors. Also the heating system is wonky in some rooms so while others were cold, some were hot

We had such a wonderful stay at this Lake Arrowhead home! The views of the lake and surrounding mountains were absolutely beautiful, and the spacious three-level layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax. It’s incredibly kid-friendly — we really appreciated the game room and the baby gates, which made the stay so much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beds were super comfy, and having multiple restrooms was a huge plus for our group. The location is great too — close to everything we needed while still feeling tucked away. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a serene escape!

This is a beautiful home and fully stocked. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom. The deck was great and provided an excellent view of the beauty and lack surrounding the home.

We, 11 people and a dog, had a wonderful time at this property. The house is spacious, comfortable, and well divided. The two decks offer great views, and the main common area is impressive and accommodating, with a massive dinner table (great for board games also) and plenty of cozy sitting options around the fireplace. The kitchen has lots of appliances (we loved the coffee and the waffle makers) and all that you want in terms of dishes, cups, glasses, etc. With two ovens and a large fridge we brought our supplies and only left the house once during a tree day weekend (to buy icecream and visit the village - which is 10 min drive away). The bedrooms all have large comfy beds and their own bathrooms (with lots of space in the shower, we liked that!) and TVs. The two rooms at the top have their own balconies, my mom enjoyed hers a lot early in the morning, when birds started the day. The rooms downstairs hav e access to the lower level deck and to the game room that our kids were super enthusiastic about. The main (entrance) level where the living room and the kitchen are also features a bedroom with a large bathroom, great for members of the party who do not enjoy stairs, in our case the grandparents. The stairs are indeed steep and narrow, but with good solid rails, and they were no problem for most of us. The dog did not like the stairs either, but she absolutely loved the main level deck where there will almost always be some of us humans hanging out, from coffee to wine time. All around an excellent place for a relaxed time with a big group. Very quiet and very clean, too. We loved it!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. We loved how almost every bedroom had a bathroom. The house was very clean and view of the lake was gorgeous! Quick drive to the village. The host was very flexible and accommodating.

The location is amazing! It is 4 minutes from the lake and has a balcony with a view of the lake. We stayed there last year, and my favorite part of the house is that there is privacy with a bathroom in almost every bedroom. We want to keep booking this place every year if we can!

It is confusing to find, and the access road is very narrow, and the road is a bit messed up. Otherwise, it is the perfect location for a large family!
