"Cozy.house in madrid"

In general nice, the parking was some how difficult, warm and cozy

Some cosmetics issues as door handle loose, a couple of broken tiles in the stairs, a missing glass in the upper shower

La ubicación

El estado de la casa en general y la falta de utensilios de cocina. El aire acondicionado de abajo no funcionaba. Dejaron de contestar en el momento que entramos en la casa.

Los colchones son muy cómodos y nuevos.

Hay dos aires acondicionados y uno no funcionaba, términamos con ventiladores. Cuando llegamos el plafón de la luz de una de las habitaciones estaba encima de la cama. El cabezal de la cama estaba fuera de sitio. La comunicación con la empresa quien gestiona el alquiler de esta vivienda es pésima o nula. Creo que, para seguir en el listado de la viviendas de Booking tendrían que realizar varias reformas para que los usuarios que confían en Booking salgan satisfechos de su estancia.

Very clean, not a lot of clutter. Good location.

There was AC only in the living room and main bedroom. The other two rooms did not have AC. It wasn’t too bad but wasn’t prepared.
