Luxury 2 Bed Apartment – Near Heathrow, Legoland, Windsor Slough

There's no pets allowed, I knew this before hand but I believe this is something you can reconsider for trained pets.

Location was good for us as my boys were attending a baseball tournament at Farnham Park Baseball & Softball Complex. Apartment was clean & decor was good everywhere except bathroom, which could do with an upgrade. Was very quiet at night.

Beds were not comfortable, could feel the springs in mattress. No bedding or pillow for the sofa bed. Washing machine didn't work, the window next to the balcony door was cracked, blinds on the huge windows/balcony door were broken, no blackout blinds/curtains & there were no blinds on frosted windows near ceiling which let a lot of light in, in the early hours. Was very hot & stuffy, only fan was a ceiling one upstairs on the balcony bedroom which wasn't enough. When we arrived there weren't enough large bath towels for the 5 of us. When one was brought to us it was a very small bath towel.

Very clean, good value for money and good location for what we needed. Great communication with staff too.

Really disappointed with the mattresses. The upstairs mattress has a large dip in it which meant that I couldn’t actually lie flat as I sunk into it. You can feel the springs through the mattress. I had to lie the other way round just to get reasonably comfortable. Our friends said the downstairs mattress was just as bad. Unfortunately after a long day at Ascot we really needed a good nights sleep but we didn’t get one. Please consider replacing the mattresses.

Facilities were good and nice to have Netflix etc available on the tele too

THE LACK OF BLINDS!!! A wake up at sunrise was not ideal!

Lovely apartment with a lot of space and very clean. They provided they little thing like Netflix, shower gel, shampoo which was nice as I forgot mine! The Host also had great communication and checked up on us during our stay. Definitely will be returning.

Tea/hot choc was provided but no sugar.
