The place is very neat and modern… looks just as advertised

The cleanliness of the rooms, the layout, the spaciousness and quietness of the location were so welcoming. The staff/care taker at the security post was so polite, friendly and helpful. The price of the room is so cheap compared to similar facilities in Tema. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything. This place is a fantastic and nice place for family home in away ❤️. I loved and would highly recommend it. The property owner also provided us with a taxi who picked us from Devtraco Tema Community 25 estate junction- this was a short drive to the property and was prearranged. Thank you Mr Asante!

The side road to the property was a bit rubbish but beyond the property owner's control. If the short untarred road to the property was to be done by the local authority will definitely make accessible much more comfortable. Definitely this cannot be a minus to the property. It's still lovely holiday place.

Even though the location was a bit far, the host provided an exact Google location for the apartment, and with that, I got to the place without any stress. The room was very spacious; there was a standby plant in case of a blackout, and I loved the interior design. The room was very tidy, too. The caretaker was receptive. communication went well
