Holiday Inn Club Vacations - David Walley's Resort

The staff were very kind. Food was good. Beautiful scenery.

Walls were thin and we could hear everything from our neighboring room. We specifically asked for a type of room and what the hotel booked us wasn't at all close to what we asked for. The Pool in the hot springs was missing tiles and didn't seem as if it was up kept. The facility was sub par for the locker room, steam room not working, no spa offerings such as massages, facials due to code issues. Another area on the property was shut down due to code issues. Seems like this property isn't updating their facility and letting things go.

AC and phone in the room did not work. We stayed for two nights and for two days we spoke to the desk staff about the AC not working and were told that "they will be up there right away" and "they think they already looked". Nothing changed and they did not send anyone up to check on the AC. They did send up a fan, but it was really hot and it just blew warm air around.
