Kepler Club Kuala Lumpur Airport - KLIA T1 Landside, Public Area

Location is perfeft, the rooms are clean and comfy

I payed for en-suite bathroom, but apparently they only have shared options and the room description was incorrect

Locker not big enough to store luggage, inside the capsule, the data connection very poor

At my request, I was moved to Kepler Airside. The directions for Airside are really straightforward and the facilities are amazing - they even have heated toilet seats! Mr M. Zarif was absolutely exceptional in his customer service. He even remembered where I was heading to hours after he'd dealt with many other guests and looked up the gate for me! He is the epitome of Malaysian hospitality. I'll be back.

A great option for an overnight airport stay. Located inside KLIA Terminal 1, it saved us the cost and inconvenience of travelling into Kuala Lumpur for just one night.

La cápsula es muy cómoda. Dormí súper bien. Tengo que agradecerles que como mi check in fue súper tarde, casi a las 23h de la noche, y no pude aprovechar todas esas horas de la reserva, me dejaron hacer el check out al día siguente a las 18h, ya que mi vuelo era por la noche.Fueron muy amables en adaptarse a eso. Para mí las cápsulas están muy bien, pero el precio me parece un poco desorbitado para lo que es.

Lo que no me gustó es que tanto el suelo de las duchas / baños, como donde estaban las cápsulas, tenían bastantes pelos en el suelo. En un sitio en el que tanta gente pasa por las duchas, creo que el mantenimiento y limpiza tiene que ser más a menudo. Bajo mi punto de vista la proporción del precio por lo que ofrecen, está un poco desorbitado.
