Ático con terraza, vistas al mar y parking en playa de S Lorenzo

The apartment has two balconies one facing the beach and ocean (which is just two blocks away) and one facing the back of the building. When both are open that creates a nice cross breeze in the unit. Unit was clean, roomy and it was well stocked with all kind of appliances, plates, paper towels, bath gel, iron, etc.....

Nothing.

The atico is in a modern nice building, while in the old quarters. It is quite spacious, very clean. You have everything one could need for a short stay. The bed is very comfy. And of course the location - 3 min walk to the beach and few steps away from bars, restaurants and shops! The city centre and the old town are just around the corner. The hosts were super helpful and everything worked perfectly. We would certainly come back.

Noise insulation - we could hear people from the other apartment in the floor when they were leaving or entering. Good news - it’s was happening only a couple of times a day.

Fantastic location with coastal outlook and only a few minutes away from the beach and promenade walk. Large comfortable bed with another terrace and good storage. Bedroom at back so nice and quiet. Lovely host who welcomed us. Parking is not a problem but look around as the garage opposite is expensive but other options available including on street for a limited period but free from 14.00 on Saturday until Monday morning!

Everything was great. It's a nice apartment with very amicable hosts. Great for people traveling with small children as there's an elevator and a baby cot upon request. If you're coming with a car the cheapest option is to leave your car on the street within the blue zone; there is also a parking in front of the apartment but it's pretty expensive (around 23 euros for a day). Highly recommended :)
