Newly Remodeled - 30th Floor Suite with EPIC Mountain Views

Location was good. View was good.

it was advertised a two bedroom. It wasn't two bedrooms, Had two beds with no privacy between the rooms, just a broken screen. No where to hang anything. Dirty with cupboards full on construction material. No office available to report problems, and no help to find alternate accommodation. Had to spend more money to get additional bedroom. requested refund for having to book extra room. refund of $75 nowhere near the extra $2000 we had to pay. Bookings.com should pay for incorrect photos and advertising, or at least refund the difference charged for 3 adults instead of two.

The view was outstanding. The place was clean and well stocked.

We were travelling as 2 couples. We shared the room with the window. When we stripped the beds to change rooms the mattress protectors on both beds were filthy one had blood stains on it. Clearly when the cleaners changed the sheets, they would have seen that but Clearly ignored it.

We liked the location.

The description was a bit misleading - we were lead to believe there was a washer and dryer IN the room - not a shared one on the level.

Location was good, close to the beach

No way this could have 6 stay in it. Elevators extremely slow. Old building, small bedrooms, A/C was marginal. View.is not awesome, ok, not awesome. Parking garage was a challenge alot of traffic and most no clue how to navigate right quarters. Did not feel it was a good value. Will look elsewhere next trip.

The view was beautiful! The sunsets and sunrises looked amazing from the balcony. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Getting access to the place was difficult. They send us a code ahead of time however the code did not work. So we had to contact someone to come at 12:30am to let us in and give us the code. Luckily we had a phone that could call in America but otherwise you wouldn’t be able to. Also the place lacked seasonings (it had very little salt and no pepper) and there was no cooking oil. So they didn’t really have kitchen staples unfortunately.
