Location, central but quiet Spacious Very comfortable bed

Fairly comfortable . The property is on a busy main road but well soundproofed. However it does mean no real windows to open and no fans so a bit stuffy.

No tea towel. No dishwash liquid. Cutlery not very clean. Parking difficult.

The quiet comfortable apartment is in the best part of Cheltenham and only a short from town. The building is small with 3 other apartments but I never heard the other residents. The WI-FI connection was great, large bathroom and the property manager was very responsive and professional.

The cleaning was lacking but I already brought the matter to the property manager and he promised me it would be in order for my next visits later this year. I found rotten veggies in the kitchen draw, dirty socks in the bedroom closet, the bin in the kitchen had not been emptied, the floors were dirty and some of the plates and glasses were not clean. I am sure it will all be taken care of now that I have mentioned it. It will not stop me from staying again. The mattress was a little too soft for me because I am used to a hard mattress. The door handle on the front door to the apartment was broken and kept falling off every time I entered or left the apartment.

The property is very conveniently located for the town centre and Bath Road. It was also only a 20-30 minute walk from the train station, which was quite handy as well. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good as well. Although I didn't use cooking appliances much, they look to have a pretty good integrated hob and oven as well. Whilst the fridge was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for a week's holiday.

The couch was not the best: it was very uncomfortable and hard to sit on, so I used the other seats more often. Suffolk Road is also quite busy, so I could hear the traffic quite clearly, but it wasn't too bad. The only other minor thing was there wasn't a bottle opener in the flat. I didn't get the opportunity to ask the hosts for one, but I'm sure they would have done had I been able to.

The Host (Suki) was fantastic, especially since I booked late. All codes where sent to me and the apartment was beautiful, it was located really well to Cheltenham. The Apartment was fantastic, the host was welcoming and so helpful, recommend as a place to stay.
