Lokalita blízko centra

-pri našom príchode o 15 na apartmáne ešte bola upratovačka. Mali sme check-in o 15, upratovačka nás pustila na apartmán o 15:30 -podlaha bola nepovysavaná, neumytá. Bola vyslovene na pohľad špinavá. Na zemi boli chumáče vlasov, prachu, omrviniek. -v kuchyni boli tupé nožík a chýbalo množstvo vybavenia. Kávovar špinavý pôsobil nechutne. Stoličky špinave, plne omrviniek a vlasov -pavučiny a pavúky v rohoch -nemali sme parkovacie miesto, neustále bolo obsadene iným autom -sprchovací kút špinavý s nečistotou na zemi a s plesnivými gumičkami -kývajúca doska na záchode ktorá sa posúvala -spoločné priestory po vstupe do budovy špinavé, neútulné, smradľavé, opadaná omietka, na zemi množstvo špiny -v apartmáne chýbali vešiaky na zavesenie kabátov a uterákov -dvere na chodbu neboli odhlučnené, počuli sme každý krok a hluk na chodbe

Veľmi pekný apartmán s úžasnou veľkou obývačkou, všetko vybavenie bolo nové. Super veľký sprchový kút. Výborná lokalita všetko veľmi blízko. Nákupné centrum 5 minút pešo. Parkovanie vo dvore. Určite sa radi vrátime.

Location is fantastic, 5 min walk to city center and shopping mall and LIDL. Park is located around 10 minutes walk. Great contact with the owner. The apartment was very comfortable and met our expectations. The apartment includes a parking space located on the other side of the street. There is air condition and washing machine in the apartment. If we will get back to Banska Bystrica for sure we will book it again.

The only thing is the wi-fi connection is not the best one.

The location of the apartment is amazing. Very close to city center, Europa shopping mall, restaurants, cafes, etc. The house has comfortable facilities, living room with an amazing TV, with streaming services includes.

The shower bathroom lack of disposable towels or paper for personal cleaning, and in the kitchen I missed kitchen towels and implements for cleaning. I had to clean everything with toilet paper. There was an unfolded (Dirty?) bed sheet inside one of the closet drawers. I didn´t like that. Everything else was good.
